How long does it take to create and dispatch my order?
Snowglobes and lava tumblers take 3 days to degass properly to ensure the highest quality finish. Once fully prepared, they are posted out straight away.

Which delivery service do you use?
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail tracked delivery, giving you peace of mind while your package makes its journey to you.

Where do you deliver?
We currently provide delivery to the UK only. International delivery is not available at this time.

How much does postage and packaging cost?
Postage and packaging is £4.90 for 2nd class signed for delivery, with additional costs applied for multiple or larger items in an order.

Do you accept returns or exchanges if I change my mind?
No refunds or exchanges are accepted because every tumbler is custom made and uniquely handmade to order.

What should I do if my tumbler arrives damaged?
Please send us clear photos and videos within 24 hours of receiving your delivery explaining the issue. We will arrange to fix the problem or provide a suitable resolution.

What happens if a damaged item cannot be repaired?
If we cannot repair the tumbler, we will replace it with a similar item of equal value to make sure you receive a cup you love.
